2018 TIVA X Spring Dialogue
The act of watching is no longer a unilateral image receiving for the Internet Generation nowadays, but a bilateral information exchange. The 6th Taiwan International Video Art – Offline Browser takes it as a point of departure, escaping from the functional interpretation of “online” and “offline” of the Internet in an attempt to contemplate the structural relationship between individual production and network under the identity of producer/user/consumer as we utilize the platform constructed by the Internet.
