Group visits of 5-25 people are available free of charge. Please apply in advance one week before the expected visit date by email. The acceptance period is from Tuesday to Sunday. We will contact the applicant within five working days (excluding Monday). A confirmation email (not an automatic reply from the form) from the museum indicates a successful reservation. If you haven’t received any notification three days before the visit date, please call +8862-2894-2272 to confirm.

Notice

1. Only form applications are accepted. Please don’t do the phone, fax, or oral reservations.
2. Only guided tour reservations for the current exhibition are accepted. If you need to reserve a guided tour for the next exhibition, please apply at that time.
3. Temporary application requests, such as applying today for a tour tomorrow, cannot be processed.
4. If you are not able to arrive at the scheduled time, please inform us by phone in advance. If you do not arrive or are more than 10 minutes late, the museum will cancel the guided tour service for this occasion.
